Sims Heating and Cooling, Inc., is a third generation mechanical and electrical contractor with a history of heating and cooling experience dating back to 1927. Continuing the family tradition of quality work at reasonable rates, the company is currently operated by John Sims, Jr. who has been working in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and electrical field for over 40 years.
